Yes, You simply need to choose today’s date and the time you’d like to collect the car. Please note that if you need a car at very short notice, we may need to check the availability of Cars.

If you do not have an EU license you will also need an international driving license to rent a car.

No, during reservation we only verify your Authenticity.

You’ll find all the information regarding where to collect your car in the confirmation email sent to you when you book a car.

We Accept All Credit Cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB, and UnionPay.

*we do not accept prepaid or electron cards, travel cards, nor Visa Electron or Maestro

The days are counted in sections of 24 hours from the time of collection.

No, the original is always required. Photocopies are never accepted.

You can, however, keep in mind that the person signing the contract needs to be the card holder of a valid credit card.

Please check that you provided the correct e-mail address. If you made a booking more than 24 hours ago and you have not received a confirmation email, the most likely possibility is that the email was blocked by the Anti-Spam service of your email account. Please, check that the confirmation email is not in the “SPAM”, “Junk Mail” or “Unwanted Mail” file of your email account. GOLD Protection Plan All our rental packages include unlimited mileage, road licensing fees, 24 hour roadside assistance and Third Party Liability insurance cover for one driver aged 21-75 years. The insurance included in the Gold Protection Plan covers the rental car and third parties in any event of an accident, damage, loss, fire, vandalism or theft of the vehicle, subject to an excess amount which would be payable by the renter in such eventuality. With the GOLD Protection Plan the renter reduces the excess responsibility to €300 for all car groups.

SILVER Protection Plan All our rental packages include unlimited mileage, road licensing fees, 24 hour roadside assistance and Third Party Liability insurance cover for one driver aged 21-75 years. The insurance included in the Silver Protection Plan covers the rental car and third parties in any event of an accident, damage, loss, fire, vandalism or theft of the vehicle, subject to an excess amount which would be payable by the renter in such eventuality. The excess amount varies according to the type of vehicle and the selected rental package. With the SILVER PLAN the renter will be responsible for an excess amount of €1300 on car groups A-AA, €1650 on car groups B-C-CC and €2000 on D car group, €2250 on car groups DD-E, €2500 on car groups EE-F-G, €2700 on H car groups. For a higher class of insurance with a lower excess amount, we recommend the GOLD Packages which are both available at booking stage.
